Your responsibilities:
- Management of the quality assurance department consisting of incoming goods inspection, measuring room, production quality and complaints management.
- Ensuring and optimizing supplier and product quality.
- Oversee complaints management and related actions.
- You are a reliable contact person for questions and problems of specialist departments.
- They analyze and monitor any error accumulations and implement necessary countermeasures.
- They carry out root cause analyses and optimization measures and support internal and external audits.
- Creation and further development of necessary process descriptions.
- Support optimization projects and document relevant information in the CAQ system.
Your profile:
- You have a higher technical education with specialized further training in the QA environment and can also demonstrate at least five years of management experience in quality assurance.
- You have advanced knowledge regarding requirements from the medical device environment.
- You have a broad knowledge of quality standards such as DIN EN ISO 9001 and DIN EN ISO 13485 and have sound experience in problem-solving methods and test procedures.
- Experience with CAQ systems is desirable – ideally Babtec.
- Very good German and English skills in spoken & written are required.
- Furthermore, you bring an open, independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working.
