The company has experienced strong growth in recent years. An IPO on the London Stock Exchange is planned. For this purpose, they are looking for an interim manager to prepare and implement this IPO.

Job Description:
- Responsibility Project IPO on the London Stock Exchange
- As non-acting CFO: representative and “face to investors” for the IPO project, but not official/legal CFO
- Preparation and review of the P&L with a view to the IPO
- Planning and implementation of all necessary steps
- Group representative
- Selection and cooperation with top consultants / financial institutions
Requirements:
- Years of experience as CFO, ideally of listed companies
- Experience in IPOs advantageous
- Background from banking and financial institutions, expertise with auditors and rating companies, factoring, etc.
- English business fluent is a MUST
Project start: short term
Project duration: 12 months, mostly remote
