The D\u00d6IM regional event in Vienna scored with exciting presentations, intensive discussions, great networking and a cool location. Through the exchange and communication of the interim management scene, the interim industry here has been greatly revived.<\/p>\n
Our Managing Director Martin L. Mayr moderated the evening as Chairman of the Board and presented the current market situation and highlights from the latest AIMP study.<\/p>\n
Topic focus – Leadership of agile teams<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n More and more frequently, one encounters agile teams in companies. While these used to be found only in IT, today more and more teams are guided by agile values and principles and use agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban.
