Previously, this was managed by the sales team by acquiring new prospective customers in the traditional way via the sales force. For lead generation, themed webinars are offered for doctors in private practice, which are advertised via various channels &#8211; the target group is specific and small.<\/p>\n<p>As Senior Operations\/Project Manager, my focus during my five-month assignment was on setting up campaign management, leading the team and operational marketing management for various medical target groups.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0a20dfe elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0a20dfe\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Client:<br \/><\/strong>Client is a medium-sized pharmaceutical company with German customers, private equity financed.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d33bfb0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d33bfb0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Challenges:<br \/><\/strong>Time was short, many basics were missing and the campaign event was unexpectedly pushed forward. The following main challenges were identified:<\/p><ol><li><strong><em>New team<br \/><\/em><\/strong>The campaign team was new and needed a common understanding of how to work together.<\/li><\/ol><ol start=\"2\"><li><strong><em>Lack of structures<br \/><\/em><\/strong>There was a lack of clear structures such as basic content assets, campaign processes and communication channels.<\/li><\/ol><ol start=\"3\"><li><strong><em>Lack of performance measurement<br \/><\/em><\/strong>The webinar was advertised via various offline and online channels, but there was no clear measurement of performance.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-24fc82a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"24fc82a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Solution approaches:<br \/><\/strong><\/p><ol><li><strong><em>Definition of team roles<br \/><\/em><\/strong>Creating transparency and clarity by defining the respective team roles from the outset.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li><strong><em>Setting up the campaign process<br \/><\/em><\/strong>Definition of campaign phases with clear objectives for each phase and the corresponding working documents.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li><strong><em>Key performance indicator reporting<br \/><\/em><\/strong>Definition of the most important KPIs, establishment of a reporting system and derivation of measures.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li><strong><em>Regular communication<br \/><\/em><\/strong>Introduction of project structures such as regular, planning and client meetings as well as &#8220;Lesson Learned&#8221; sessions to ensure effective collaboration.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-2fccf90 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"2fccf90\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-df54771\" data-id=\"df54771\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-988f161 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"988f161\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Result:<br \/><\/strong>These measures have created a solid basis for securing sales in the long term through effective lead generation.<\/p><ol><li><strong><em>Team<\/em><br \/><\/strong>Set up a team to ensure clarity and transparency regarding responsibilities and tasks.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li><strong><em>Performance<\/em><br \/><\/strong>Increased efficiency thanks to new structures and processes.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li><strong><em>Transparency<\/em><br \/><\/strong>Increasing transparency by measuring performance.<\/li><\/ol><p>With these solutions, we are ideally equipped to tackle the challenges of our customers in the pharmaceutical sector and ensure long-term success.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-27db8a8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"27db8a8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Would you like more information or do you have similar challenges?
