The D\u00d6IM regional event took place in Salzburg on November 12. A well-attended evening with two outstanding presentations:<\/p>

1 Matthias Krebs: HR with Sales & Marketing Mindset: the future turbo for economic success<\/em><\/strong><\/p>

In his presentation, Matthias Krebs reported on his penultimate mandate in Switzerland, where he supported the comprehensive greenfield development of an automotive development site for 13 months as HR interim manager. – This included the establishment of a corresponding subsidiary to secure existing sales and pave the way for new business development.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/p>

It was an exciting insight, especially into how modern recruiting works and what successes and broad areas of application are even possible for interim management. And the connection between HR and sales was an extraordinary combination, great!<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

2. Reinhard Haslauer: OT Strategy 2030 – mastering the failure risk of production machines<\/em><\/strong><\/p>

He reported on the requirements and, in particular, new legal regulations for machine availability and programming. Key questions included why AI should not program machines and what role availability and competence play in this. Exciting insights into the operational area and also a starting point for possible interim management projects.<\/p>

Our Managing Director Martin Ludwig Mayr, as Chairman of D\u00d6IM – the Interim Management Association, also reported on the current market situation and special developments in the interim management market. He also announced the KIM – Conference for Interim Management, on February 28 & March 1, 2025<\/strong><\/em> announced. A great program for the tenth anniversary of the signature event is already in place, so this year again some entrepreneurs will give lectures and numerous exciting business cases will be presented. All information and registration options will follow shortly on the website.<\/p>
