The course has now been running for four years and is still very much in demand from business and (interim) managers. And rightly so! <\/p>\n<p>The Interim Management course together with the CIM &#8211; Certified Interim Manager &#8211; certificate offers professional and very practice-oriented training for interim managers. The course was designed and implemented together with D\u00d6IM, the Austrian umbrella organization for interim management. &#8220;<em>The interim management course provides practical tips and up-to-date information on a wide range of interim management topics<\/em>,&#8221; says Martin Ludwig Mayr, Chairman of D\u00d6IM and Managing Director of GOiNTERIM, &#8220;<em>both newcomers and experienced interim managers are always impressed!<\/em>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>In terms of content, the training covers all relevant interim management topics. In addition to the theoretical content, a lot of emphasis is placed on use cases and practical tips. <\/p>\n<p>The subject areas include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Key success factors in interim management<\/li>\n<li>Strengthening your own positioning  <\/li>\n<li>Methodological knowledge and social skills<\/li>\n<li>Market structure in interim management, in particular cooperation with interim providers<\/li>\n<li>Self-marketing and sales<\/li>\n<li>Legal and tax framework conditions<\/li>\n<li>Project management specifics<\/li>\n<li>Practical illustration with cases and tips from the field<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The certification is the crowning achievement and is unique in the German-speaking world. It distinguishes qualified interim managers for their specialist knowledge and, in particular, for their social skills.<br \/>&#8221; <em>It&#8217;s always exciting and challenging at the same time!
