Review MMK25
<\/strong>The 32nd Munich Management Colloquium (MMK for short) is one of the leading business conferences in the German-speaking world, which takes place annually in Munich. Leading personalities from business and science discuss current management trends, innovations and challenges. The event offers a platform for exchange between top managers, researchers and practitioners, GOiNTERIM was there live!<\/strong> <\/p>

The first day of MMK25 was a fascinating start, focusing on Germany’s role as an industrial powerhouse and innovation leader. With a clear focus on forward-looking topics such as entrepreneurship, international cooperation and the unstoppable need for innovation, it quickly became clear that Germany and Europe are on an exciting path to an unpredictable future. <\/p>

The opening speeches by experts such as Prof. Oliver Zipse (BMW), Dr.-Ing. Sami Atiya (ABB) and Horst Wildemann (TUM) kicked off the event and underlined how important it is to promote inventiveness and entrepreneurship in an increasingly complex world. The focus was on the automotive industry in particular: the future of e-mobility and resilient supply chains. Companies such as Porsche and Mercedes-Benz also demonstrated how to prepare for future challenges.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a>Our Managing Director Dr. Martin Ludwig Mayr<\/strong> was live on site on both days of the MMK25 and was not only able to deepen existing relationships in numerous discussions with well-known clients, but also make many new, valuable top contacts. This showed once again that GOiNTERIM<\/strong> is successfully positioned and has established itself as a major player in the field of interim management services. <\/p>

One of the other highlights of the first day was the panel “Rethinking security”, which addressed the pressing global risks and digital threats. How can companies and society strengthen their resilience? This question was at the heart of the discussions, which offered numerous exciting perspectives. At the same time, Europe’s role in the so-called “space race” was emphasized in the field of aviation. Carsten Spohr (Lufthansa) and Chiara Pedersoli (OHB System) called for more bold investments in order to remain internationally competitive – a clear call not to lose Europe’s innovative strength. <\/p>

No less exciting was the elephant panel on the topic of supervisory boards, in which experts such as Dr.-Ing. Heinrich Hiesinger (ZF Friedrichshafen) and Imelda Labb\u00e9 (VDIK) emphasized the growing importance of supervisory boards as drivers of change and innovation. Today, it is crucial that these bodies are not only responsible for company management, but also actively act as drivers for sustainable solutions and social transformations.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The second day of the MMK25 focused on “Inventiveness & Entrepreneurship as a Gamechanger”. In a series of exciting discussions, it became clear how strongly industry and science are working together to move Germany and Europe forward. A key topic was the energy of the future. Experts such as J\u00f6rg Scholle (ENERCON), Dr. Ren\u00e9 Umlauft (Green Hydrogen Systems) and Heike Freund (Marvel Fusion) focused on the potential of wind power, solar energy, hydrogen and nuclear fusion. The message was clear: the energy supply of the future will not be defined by individual solutions, but by innovative fusions and sustainable partnerships.

Another highlight was the presentation on sustainable engineering, in which companies such as GEA, Baum\u00fcller and dormakaba showed how technological excellence and sustainability can go hand in hand.
