Today, change is no longer an exception, but a permanent condition. Whether restructuring, transformation or digital disruption &#8211; interim managers are the first to take on responsibility when change becomes necessary. They guide companies through uncertain times, stabilize, renew and shape the future.   <\/p><p>We therefore want to show the areas of application and, above all, successes in restructuring and transformation practice with many cases and practical examples.
