BIE Executive

GOiNTERIM has already been very internationally active for many years. We accompany and advise our international clients in interim projects and management assignments Around the World.

In order to further strengthen and improve our international scope, we have joined forces with BIE Executive Ltd, a top interim provider in England. This gives us a large European footprint and enables us to implement international projects and mandates even better, quickly and efficiently.

BIE Executive has been an interim provider in the UK for over 20 years. In addition to the classic interim business, BIE is also active in executive search and recruiting. With over 250 projects, including more than 150 interim mandates per year, you are one of the biggest players in the UK.
Through this cooperation, we are strengthening our joint international activities and pooling our expertise and experience. This enables us to provide optimum support for international projects, while customers always have a contact person who handles all coordination.

We see a positive development here, both an increase in projects in the UK, but also additional mandates in Germany and other countries. DACH, which are commissioned via English companies.

The international cooperation is now very powerful with BIE Executive and our partner Delville Management. For cross border projects we thus have 7 (seven) offices in the four countries Germany, England, France and Austria, a team of over 50 partners and consultants and can contribute the experience of over 300 projects per year.


Delville Management

Delville Management is an exclusive, independent interim management provider founded in 2010 and now present in Paris, Lyon, Lille and London. We select executives and deploy them to an interim assignment within a few days of receiving the client’s call. The recurring themes of these deployments are crisis management and organizational restructuring, and such deployments are by nature temporary, with an average duration of 9 months. Our interim managers work in most corporate functions, typically at board or executive level (including managing director, finance director, HR director and operations director) and in most sectors, particularly in all areas of industry, business services, retail, e-commerce, banking and IT.

With 150 assignments in 2019 (20% of which are in Europe and the US) and a turnover of more than €20 million, split equally between industry and services, the company is now one of the top 3 premium interim providers in France. Since April 2020, F&P Executive Solutions AG has also been operating as an operative sister company of F&P Executive Solutions, a well-known partnership in the interim management market. The F&P brand and the slogan “Closing your business Gaps”, which is so well known in the market, will be continued.
