The GOiNTERIM network – our Member.Room consists of over 15,000 managers on an international level. Of these, over 6,000 managers and consultants are closely associated with us and known to us personally.

GOiNTERIM® GmbH is a project intermediary and provider of experienced interim managers, project & program managers, consultants, freelancers as well as supervisory and advisory board members. In addition, we successfully work for our clients in the area of Executive Search & Recruiting.

We operate on an international level and are part of the ConRoom® Group, which has been operating very successfully in the three strategic business areas of Interim, Consulting and Industries since 2007.

Based on numerous interim management mandates and projects, a deep scientific foundation and networking, the focus of interim management has been redefined and focused more strongly.

The primary goal of the interim managers deployed by GOiNTERIM® is the goal-oriented deployment in international challenges to maintain and increase performance for the client. The managers are committed to common values, with priority given to the quality and implementation of the agreed objectives. Customer satisfaction and the customer’s business success are at the center of our challenges and mandates.

We know each other! It is important for us to know the interim managers. Due to the cooperation in many mandates and projects, we are familiar with the qualification, the approach and the approach of the respective other manager. This allows us to provide well-rehearsed teams when needed. This is also an essential part of the so-called mandate management, in which we assume an active sparring partner function in mandates.
