
We are delighted and would like to say a big thank you! On July 5, 2025, Augsburg was the hotspot for the German-speaking interim community. Under the motto “Attitude – Effectiveness – Personality”, Steinbeis Augsburg Business School hosted the Interim Management Forum – an excellent industry meeting for interim managers, coaches and specialists from all over Germany.
In an atmosphere characterized by openness, professionalism and personal commitment, the participants experienced an event that not only imparts knowledge, but also has a lasting effect.
The focus was above all on personal and professional development: a top-class program with keynote speeches by renowned experts, lively discussions on the current challenges and opportunities in interim management and practical workshops with direct added value for the participants’ own day-to-day work made the forum an all-round successful event!
GOiNTERIM, represented by Dr. Klaus-Christian Werner, was an active part of this year’s event. In inspiring discussions and through targeted contributions, it became clear how important attitude, clarity and personal effectiveness are for sustainable success in interim management.
A special highlight of Forum 2025: the festive presentation of the “Expert of the Year” award – an award for exceptional achievements in interim management.
The new “Provider of the Year” award, which focuses on outstanding placement quality and partnership-based work, was also presented for the first time. We are very pleased and also a little proud: GOiNTERIM has been recognized as a quality provider and is therefore one of the TOP interim providers, thank you very much!
Over 750 interim managers took part in the Steinbeis Augsburg Business School survey. In order to be among the best providers, they were tested in a 16-stage questionnaire. The topics were:
✅ Fairness in dealing with managers and clients
✅ Transparency of processes
✅ Support in the mandate
✅ Quality in matching
✅ Communication, clarity & added value
These are all criteria to which we are 100% committed. These are not only essential and necessary criteria, but are a daily obligation for us in the implementation of interim mandates. We are delighted to receive the “Provider of the Year” award – especially as it is an award that is based on votes from the market and was determined with scientific depth.
As the organizer says very nicely: “This award is not self-praise – it is a signal to the market: excellence can be measured, trust can be earned. That’s right!
