International strength and strategic direction: GOiNTERIM at the WIL Group Annual Meeting in Warsaw

From October 8 to 10, 2025, the international WIL Group will meet for its annual conference in Warsaw. Under the motto “Supporting Customers through Global Expansion and Strategic Transformation”, three intensive days of presentations, panels, case studies and customer dialogues will be held. Top-class speakers and members will present best practices and future strategies on the topics of international expansion, transformation, M&A and interim leadership.

Martin Ludwig Mayr, Managing Director of GOiNTERIM, will be on site to emphasize Germany’s strong role within the Group. “We are an essential part of the WIL Group – not only operationally, but also in the strategic development of the entire organization,” says Mayr.

WIL Group: Growth and internationality
The WIL Group now has local offices in over 38 countries and carries out more than 500 international projects every year. This makes it the world’s leading alliance for executive interim management and transformation leadership. For clients, this means Access to highly qualified executives who successfully implement transformations across borders.

GOiNTERIM plays a central role in this network. The partnership has established itself as a key success factor, particularly for the German market, which increasingly requires international projects.

Conference highlights
The agenda offers an exciting mix of economic, geopolitical and practical topics:

  • Geopolitical and economic situation in Europe – classification of current challenges and opportunities.
  • M&A panel with international experts on risks, integration strategies and the role of interim managers.
  • Best Practices & Break-out Sessions, in which members present their most successful projects.
  • Client involvement: Company visits and discussions on the added value of interim leadership.

A particular focus is on the question of how interim management can be positioned as a global success model for transformation and growth. This is precisely where the WIL Group comes in: setting standards together, developing good market practices and anchoring interim leadership even more firmly internationally.

GOiNTERIM: driving force and active shaper
Through its active involvement in the WIL Group, GOiNTERIM plays a decisive role in shaping the strategic direction of the international alliance. Its influence ranges from project development and the standardization of best practices to the further development of the global positioning of interim management.

For Germany, this means greater visibility, stronger integration into international projects and consistent positioning as a leading player for transformation and interim leadership. And above all, it means that we have more requests for interim management from our international partners. And that means more potential and mandate requests for interim managers. We will keep you up to date.

Summary
The Annual Meeting in Warsaw will once again not only be a meeting place for intensive exchange, but also a clear signal of international success. The WIL Group is growing continuously, and GOiNTERIM is at the heart of this development as an active shaper and central partner.

This shows once again that interim management is more in demand internationally than ever before – and managers from the DACH region are a key success factor.
