Another successful interim management course

Last week, incite held another course on professional interim management. The course was developed together with DÖIM – Dachorganisation Österreichisches Interim Management. In three days, a broad overview of all essential interim management topics is given: Overview of the market, who are relevant market participants, how does sales and acquisition work for interim management projects, dos & don’ts for interim mandates, essential methods in the individual implementation steps, project management, legal topics and much more.

Application-oriented teaching is essential, which is why the courses always include a number of use cases and practical examples that allow participants to experience successful project implementations. You will learn many tips and tricks from experienced interim managers in interim projects: what to look out for, what are important issues and possible stumbling blocks. GOiNTERIM Managing Director Martin Ludwig Mayr once again hosted the first day. “This CIM course was super exciting again! Great participants and really challenging discussions, fun! ” says Mayr, “and a very heterogeneous group, from the desire to go into interim management to 28 years of interim management experience, crazy!“. The course is set up in such a “broad” way that both newcomers and experienced interim managers can take something away with them.

Building on this is the crowning achievement, so to speak – the CIM-Certified Interim Manager certification. Experienced managers with project experience in interim management can submit projects and undergo a hearing for certification. The CIM award is a seal of quality for experienced and professional interim managers. To date, a good 50 managers from the DACH region have been awarded the certificate.
