The program optimally prepares participants with the right know-how and skills for the challenges and tasks of the interim manager, namely to analyze and assess companies within a limited period of time, to develop and implement innovative and tailor-made processes and solutions and to use suitable tools to shape the change process.
Target group: People who want to develop into interim managers or update and expand their knowledge in the field of interim management – also experienced interim and project managers who want to underpin their practical knowledge with current theory and build an even more solid foundation.
