Interim Management Course

This course was developed in cooperation with DÖIM, the umbrella organization for Austrian interim management, and other experts.

The program prepares participants with the right know-how and skills optimally for the challenges and tasks of the interim manager, namely to analyze and assess companies within a limited period of time, to develop and implement innovative and customized processes and solutions, and to use appropriate tools to shape the change process.

Target group: People who want to become interim managers or update and expand their knowledge in the field of interim management – also experienced interim and project managers who want to underpin their practical knowledge with current theory and build an even more solid foundation.
