The 20th AIMP Anniversary Annual Forum Interim Management on June 12 and 13, 2026 at the KAMEHA Grand Hotel in Bonn sets new standards for the specialist conference in the DACH region. Under the motto ” Next Generation Interim Management – New client expectations. New rules of the game “, the anniversary edition brings together interim managers, providers, companies and other market players to discuss current trends, new role models and the future of interim management. The forum combines proven formats with fresh impulses, practical workshops and exclusive keynotes that focus on the further development of the industry.

On the first day, participants can look forward to the AIMP Academy for prospective and established interim managers as well as an in-depth master class for experienced interim executives, which will cover entrepreneurial aspects such as joint ventures and participation models. The evening will be crowned by a festive gala evening with the awarding of the Interim Manager and Interim Manager of the Year titles, accompanied by saxophonist Sophia Levia.

The second day offers a varied programme with a keynote speech by Dominic von Proeck on “Making organizations scalable with AI – defining hybrid teams of humans and machines”, client panels with clients from industry, SMEs and the public sector as well as moderated Interim World Cafés on finance, sales, IT, restructuring and operations. The program will be complemented by the Partner Marketplace, where numerous providers, experts and networks will be represented, offering the opportunity for personal exchange.

GOiNTERIM will also be prominently represented at the anniversary forum. Our Managing Director Dr. M.
