We are very pleased and would like to express our heartfelt thanks! Once again this year, GOiNTERIM has been named“Provider of the Year”—a special recognition of our work and a strong signal from the interim management community.

As part of the 2026 Interim Management Forum in Augsburg, the award was once again presented by the Steinbeis Augsburg Business School. The German-speaking interim management community gathered for a high-profile industry event focused on networking, practical experience, and professional development.

Once again, the forum offered a diverse program featuring keynote presentations by renowned experts, in-depth discussions on current challenges in interim management, and practical workshops that provided direct added value for everyday professional life.

GOiNTERIM, represented by Dr. Klaus-Christian Werner, was once again an active participant in the forum this year. Numerous discussions and presentations highlighted just how crucial attitude, clarity, and effectiveness are for sustainable success in interim management.

A particular highlight was the awards ceremony for the “Interim Manager of the Year 2026” and “Provider of the Year 2026” awards, which are presented based on a nationwide survey of interim managers.

Once again this year, GOiNTERIM is among the recognized quality providers and thus ranks among the top interim providers in the German-speaking world.

The evaluation is based on a 16-point criteria list that assesses the following aspects, among others:

• Fairness in Dealing with Managers and Customers
• Transparency of Processes
• Support for the Mandate
• Quality in Matching
• Communication, Clarity, and Added Value

For us, these criteria are not just a benchmark, but a daily standard we strive to meet in our work.
