The Constantinus Award is one of the most prestigious awards for consulting, IT, and transformation projects in the German-speaking world and stands for quality, innovation, and sustainable impact in the implementation of complex projects.
The highlight of the 2026 awards season was the festive Constantinus Gala on June 25, 2026, at the Mozarteum in Salzburg, where the year’s best projects were honored.
GOiNTERIM was also closely involved with the Constantinus Award this year: Our Managing Director, Dr. Martin L. Mayr, was once again appointed to the jury and contributed his many years of expertise in interim management, transformation, and strategic project work to the evaluation of the submitted projects.
The submitted projects covered a broad spectrum of current topics relevant to the future—ranging from digitalization and IT to human resources, strategic crisis management, and international transformation projects. The focus was always on the question of how to achieve sustainable impact in companies—a core concern in interim management as well.
For GOiNTERIM, its renewed participation in the jury process underscored its close ties to the consulting and interim community, as well as its commitment to actively shaping transformation and highlighting effective implementation expertise.
The prestigious Constantinus Gala in Salzburg served as the grand finale of the competition year and brought together the best projects, companies, and industry experts.
