At 28. and October 29, the DDIM.kongress took place at the Van der Valk Airporthotel Düsseldorf. Under the motto
“Successful.Sustainable.Business.”
over 400 interim managers, providers and guests from companies, science and politics met – the largest industry event in the German-speaking region. For the first time in more than three years, the DDIM.kongress took place in presence again. This year, on the occasion of the current energy crisis, the umbrella organization Deutsches Interim Management e.V. (DDIM) focused on current trends, opportunities and risks surrounding the topic of “Sustainability in Interim Management”.

GOiNTERIM as an associated partner of the umbrella organization DDIM was again live at the event. On Friday afternoon, we very successfully held the business speed dating and manned a booth with two partners on the congress day. There were many interesting discussions, new contacts and, above all, many starting points for cooperation and initial concrete topics.

Our managing director Martin L. Mayr also held a workshop on the topic of
“Only one can win … provider vs. interim manager”.

The workshop highlighted the interaction between providers and interim managers. Is the project work always a counterpart or rather an interaction? What are the prejudices here? How can an optimal project and cooperation between provider and manager take place? And is there a win-win situation?

Extremely lively discussions and very nice results from the workshop followed.
