New trends in interim management: DDIM.regional Munich
The interim management scene met again in Munich at the end of April. A full house, exciting talks and lots of discussion late into the evening at the DDIM e.V. – Dachgesellschaft Deutsches Interim Management regional event. That’s how networking works! And there are also many topics to discuss, the market in the interim business is currently very heterogeneous.

Martin Ludwig Mayr, Managing Director of GOiNTERIM, hosted the evening together with Verena Bammert and Malte Borchardt. We are particularly pleased about the cooperation with the IfUS Institute and Prof. Dr. Henning Werner. Many thanks for that!

The motto of the event was: heroes or sidekicks, generalists or specialists, niche experts or global players: who will survive the interim jungle?

We wanted to highlight and discuss the diversity and various trends in interim management: What are the challenges? Where do we see possible developments? And how should we position ourselves accordingly?

To answer these questions, there were three keynote speeches on various use cases:

Marketing in FMCG: still fast moving or rather at a slower pace?
Verena Bammert reported on the special features and methods in the FMCG sector and the results that can be achieved with them.

Rethinking customer service – why interim managers should not underestimate this niche
Christian Florschütz uses a successful interim project to illustrate the levers that are possible in customer service and the contribution to success that can be created for companies.

Interim management in the social economy: dual transformation of the business model
Jens Mohr also reports on a successful use case in the non-profit sector. A marginal area in interim management, but one that can make a major value contribution and has contributed to the client’s success

Many thanks to the three exciting presentations! This underlines the diversity and effectiveness of interim management!

A wide range of current market topics were then discussed in workshops: Requirements for interim managers, interim management versus other forms of self-employment, recognizable trends in interim management and the question of how best to succeed in project acquisition. After a presentation and discussion of the results, the networking part of the event began….

Thanks to the participants, the next event will take place in September, we look forward to it!
