This practice-oriented course was developed by incite in cooperation with DÖIM and other experts and offers intensive preparation for demanding tasks in changing business situations.
The program provides in-depth know-how and practical methods that are crucial for successful interim management. Participants expand their skills in areas such as strategy, project management, leadership and self-marketing as well as legal and financial issues. In addition, the focus is on exchanging ideas with experienced speakers and discussions with other participants. New perspectives and concrete suggestions help participants to apply the content directly in their professional practice.
Interim management requires flexibility, clear decisions and the ability to adapt quickly to new business situations. The course helps participants to develop these skills in a targeted manner and to consciously shape their role as interim managers.
