DÖIM Regional Event Vienna – Networking Evening of the Interim Management Scene
Almost 50 interim managers met in a cool location in Vienna. It was an exciting evening with many discussions and conversations between the managers. Our Managing Director Martin Ludwig Mayr, also Chairman of DÖIM, opened the program after a welcome address. He spoke about the current market situation and in particular the opportunities and challenges of international interim management projects.
Olivier Messner showed the possibilities and legal framework conditions of ESG. Using a practical example, he illustrated the strategic realignment and introduction of ESG at a construction company and the individual steps required for such a project. It quickly became clear what opportunities this can also bring for interim managers.
Gerhard Rammerstorfer presented a case report on the restructuring of a family business. In addition to all the content-related and technical issues, he primarily highlighted the importance of convincing and cooperating with the family. Families and companies are often very closely intertwined, but must be kept separate, especially during restructuring.
Exciting presentations with lots of ideas for interim management. Thanks to the speakers Oliver and Gerhard, and especially to Michael Stowasser for organizing the regional event.
