On Thursday the DÖIM regional event took place in the penthouse of the WIFI in Salzburg. The Salzburg interim management scene met for a very exciting program content. The major project to create a model contract for interim managers has been successfully implemented. Dr. Andreas Pfeiffer has prepared a sample contract for DÖIM, which is intended to serve as a model for the drafting of contracts between interim managers and clients.
Among other things, Andreas Pfeifer provided insights into what the most important components of the contract are, how it can be used, and what is needed to be adapted to a particular individual project.
In addition to the latest industry news and exciting discussions on the topic of model contracts, the interim management community also enjoyed networking!
