The finance department for the CEE region had to be taken over at short notice. In the individual countries, the finance department had to be optimized, improved or, in some cases, completely rebuilt and restructured. Under these conditions, this was a challenging management task that was successfully implemented.

From October 8 to 10, 2025, the international WIL Group will meet for its annual conference in Warsaw. Under the motto “Supporting Customers through Global Expansion and Strategic Transformation”, three intensive days of presentations, panels, case studies and customer dialogues will be held.
