After an impressive anniversary year in 2025, we are looking ahead – to the force that characterizes our industry at its core: Change.

As part of the WIL Group, GOiNTERIM was also significantly represented at this year’s annual conference in Warsaw. Our Managing Director Martin Ludwig Mayr contributed key perspectives from the DACH region and discussed the future of interim management with international experts.

On September 25, 2025, Mindspace Hamburg opened its doors for the 19th Hamburg Forum Interim Management (FIM) of the AIMP – one of the most important industry events for interim managers in the D/A/CH region. Under the motto “Come-Backs & Restarts – The Power of New Beginnings”, the event was all about change, resilience and dealing with challenges with confidence.

How artificial intelligence creates measurable added value in interim management – this was the topic of the evening of September 11, when around 100 interim managers and industry experts met at Haus Der Bayerischen Wirtschaft for the event “Artificial intelligence in the mandate – what counts is the impact”.

Vom 8. bis 10. Oktober 2025 trifft sich die internationale WIL Group zu ihrer jährlichen Annual Conference in Warschau. GOiNTERIM at the IAA MOBILITY 2025 – Future meets experience

The trade fair was once again the showcase for the future of mobility – with clear messages:

Last week we were able to experience another inspiring DÖIM regional event in Vienna – with an exciting audience, two excellent specialist presentations and plenty of room for exchange.

The Interim Management network meeting took place again yesterday in Munich. The DDIM.lokal meeting was once again fully booked and the interim scene met again to exchange ideas and discuss current topics and the current market situation.

The interim management scene met again in Munich at the end of April. A full house, exciting talks and lots of discussion late into the evening at the DDIM e.V. – Dachgesellschaft Deutsches Interim Management regional event. That’s how networking works! And there are also many topics to discuss, the market in the interim business is currently very heterogeneous.

Last week, incite held another course on professional interim management. The course was developed together with DÖIM – Dachorganisation Österreichisches Interim Management. In three days, a broad overview of all essential interim management topics is given: Overview of the market, who are relevant market participants, how does sales and acquisition work for interim management projects, do’s & don’ts for interim mandates, essential methods in the individual implementation steps, project management, legal topics and much more.
