As part of a 15-month interim project, a leading manufacturer of high-quality organic tofu products was comprehensively realigned. Against the backdrop of rising raw material prices, supply chain problems and inflationary challenges, the GOiNTERIM manager carried out a far-reaching restructuring.
A leading international company in the construction supply industry faced a particular challenge at the beginning of 2025: the production site in the center of Mexico – with around 250 employees – had developed dynamically in recent years and recorded strong growth. However, increasing demand, technological expansions and strategic changes led to structural and operational tensions that the company had to address decisively.
As a leading international manufacturer of commercial vehicles with an annual turnover of around 2.5 billion euros and over 5,500 employees, the company was faced with the challenge of managing over 5,000 different drawing parts with an annual purchasing volume of around 15 million euros.
The GOiNTERIM Manager was deployed specifically for the demanding project as Supplier Quality Manager & Quality Resident Engineer. The challenge was to ensure that the product was manufactured accurately in terms of shape and dimensions in the complex production process.
An international group took over a competitor with 35,000 employees at the beginning of the year. The project’s operating company was one of these former production sites, where one of the challenges was the high rate of missing parts from purchased parts in production.
