We are very pleased to announce an important international development: Martin Ludwig Mayr, Managing Director of GOiNTERIM GmbH, was officially elected to the Executive Committee at the Annual General Meeting of the WIL Group (Worldwide Interim Leadership).

We are delighted and would like to say a big thank you! On July 5, 2025, Augsburg was the hotspot for the German-speaking interim community. Under the motto “Attitude – Effectiveness – Personality”, Steinbeis Augsburg Business School hosted the Interim Management Forum – an excellent industry meeting for interim managers, coaches and specialists from all over Germany.

Dr. Bodo Antonic, who holds a doctorate in chemistry, is a passionate diver and experienced crisis and turnaround manager, was awarded the silver prize as “Interim Manager of the Year 2025” by the AIMP – in recognition of his extraordinary achievements in challenging transformation situations.

The current AIMP Market Study 2025 provides a detailed and well-founded insight into developments in the interim management market in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The AIMP (Association of Interim Management Professionals) market study has been conducted for 20 years under scientific supervision and is regarded as the leading study in the interim management industry. The study provides orientation points for companies, interim managers, providers, law firms, journalists, academics and an interested public.

At On May 9 and 10, 2025, Burg Schwarzenstein once again became the meeting place for the interim management industry. The AIMP Annual Forum brought together leading experts, decision-makers and service providers to discuss current developments, strategic challenges and future opportunities.

At the last AIMP General Meeting, our Managing Director, Dr. Martin Ludwig Mayr, was unanimously elected as Deputy Chairman. Chairman confirmed. The AIMP was reorganized at the beginning of the year: New members, a name change, a new logo with a fresh slogan including a completely revised website clearly show the spirit of optimism and new direction.

We are delighted to have been a partner and shareholder of the WIL Group – Worldwide Interim Leadership – since September of this year.

This year, our manager, Dr. Stefan Liebelt, was nominated for the international award for Interim Manager of the Year 2024.
