GOiNTERIM continues on its growth trajectory and is strengthening its market presence in the German-speaking interim management sector.

Our managing director, Dr. Martin L. Mayr, was once again appointed to the jury this year to contribute his expertise and professional knowledge, as well as to evaluate and recognize the numerous projects.

We are very pleased and would like to express our heartfelt thanks! Once again this year, GOiNTERIM has been named “Provider of the Year”—a special recognition of our work and a strong signal from the interim management community.

The new AIMP Market Study 2026 clearly demonstrates that interim management remains a key success factor for companies—especially in times of economic uncertainty, transformation, and a shortage of skilled workers.

The “Interim Management – Professional Temporary Management” course was once again held this year in cooperation with INCITE/WKO and DÖIM. For many participants, the event offered an intensive insight into an industry that is developing dynamically and whose importance for companies is constantly growing.

This practice-oriented course was developed by incite in cooperation with DÖIM and other experts and offers intensive preparation for demanding tasks in changing business situations.

We are very pleased to announce an important international development: Martin Ludwig Mayr, Managing Director of GOiNTERIM GmbH, was officially elected to the Executive Committee at the Annual General Meeting of the WIL Group (Worldwide Interim Leadership).

We are delighted and would like to say a big thank you! On July 5, 2025, Augsburg was the hotspot for the German-speaking interim community. Under the motto “Attitude – Effectiveness – Personality”, Steinbeis Augsburg Business School hosted the Interim Management Forum – an excellent industry meeting for interim managers, coaches and specialists from all over Germany.

Dr. Bodo Antonic, who holds a doctorate in chemistry, is a passionate diver and experienced crisis and turnaround manager, was awarded the silver prize as “Interim Manager of the Year 2025” by the AIMP – in recognition of his extraordinary achievements in challenging transformation situations.

The current AIMP Market Study 2025 provides a detailed and well-founded insight into developments in the interim management market in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
