The finance department for the CEE region had to be taken over at short notice. In the individual countries, the finance department had to be optimized, improved or, in some cases, completely rebuilt and restructured. Under these conditions, this was a challenging management task that was successfully implemented.
On September 25, 2025, Mindspace Hamburg opened its doors for the 19th Hamburg Forum Interim Management (FIM) of the AIMP – one of the most important industry events for interim managers in the D/A/CH region.
